Physical Activity Feels Good

Even low-levels of exercise can keep the blues at bay. Walk around the block. Climb the stairs in your house. Studies have shown that exercise releases mood-boosting chemicals in your brain, relaxes the central nervous system, and can improve your mood. Anything is better than nothing, so get up and move.
