Learn mindfulness with a single raisin!

The answer: Yes…if you eat it right.

One of the best ways to learn mindfulness is to eat with intent. That means paying attention to things we don’t usually notice about our food and noticing the texture, the flavor, the feel of a raisin in detail.

Check out this exercise to learn how and set aside some time this week to give it a go.
